Fantastic experience with The Nanny connection . I was registered  with many many nanny agencies during my search for a new position  . Hiwever Allie was one of only 2 agencies that were responsive,  had great communication,  and a quick response time. I had a great experience working with Allie of The Nanny Connection. She was friendly, professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the process. Allie did a wonderful job communicating and helping move things forward. Allie is absolutely incredible. She matched us with brilliant recommendations, including with someone genuinely life-changing, and was always responsive, flexible, down-to-earth and caring. She's incredibly well-connected, with a great list of nannies on her books, and hugely professional. Having spoken to the nannies Allie works with, I know they too find her thoughtful, caring and incredibly knowledgeable. Any nannies looking to register with an agency that listens to your requirements and gives you feedback throughout the process, then The Nanny Connection is the agency you want. I’ve been a nanny almost 30 years and know how sometimes as a nanny you feel unheard, but Allie has been outstanding and made me feel like a valued professional nanny. She interviewed me, did all the appropriate checks and put me forward for the roles that we both thought were suitable. I would highly recommend Allie. She recently helped us find a night/maternity nurse and was extremely helpful. I really valued her professionalism, responsiveness and expertise. In particular she provides a more personal service compared with some of the bigger agencies and you really feel she goes out of her way to find someone who will work well for you.
